ELIL — Enterprise AI Course Creator

We stopped selling subscriptions

We build a training platform for your organization and deploy it on your own server. Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually.

Why we work this way

The honest reason: most companies that come to us don't need another monthly plan. They need something built around how they actually train people — their content, their compliance rules, their systems — and they need someone alongside them while they get it running.

That is hard to do well when you are one of a thousand accounts on a shared tier. So we stopped trying to do both. We would rather build a small number of platforms properly than rent software to a large number of companies who never quite get it working.

If you want software you can sign up for by yourself tonight, we are genuinely not the right fit — and we will tell you that on the call rather than after you have paid.

Where engagements start

$15,000

That is a starting point, not a price tag. What it actually costs depends on how much content we build, which systems we integrate with, and who runs the server. You get the full number in writing before you commit to anything.

What every engagement includes

Built around your content

We start from what you already have — SOPs, PDFs, recordings, existing decks — and turn it into working courses.

Your brand, end to end

Your domain, your logo, your colors, your email sender. Nothing on the platform says ELIL unless you want it to.

Configured for how you work

Compliance rules, certifications, renewal cycles, reporting, SSO, and integrations set up to match your organization.

We stay with you

We don't hand you a login and disappear. We walk your team through it until it's actually running.

Two ways to run it

Both are fully supported and priced comparably. Pick whichever fits your team — we don't have a preference.

We run it

We provision the server, deploy your platform, and handle updates, backups, monitoring, and support. You never touch infrastructure.

  • Server provisioning and setup
  • Updates and security patching
  • Backups and monitoring
  • Direct support line to us

You run it

We build the platform and hand over the deployment. Your developers run it on your own infrastructure, on your terms.

  • Deployed to infrastructure you control
  • Full handover and documentation
  • Your data never leaves your environment
  • Support and updates available if you want them

Frequently asked questions

Why don't you offer monthly plans anymore?
Because most companies that come to us don't actually need another monthly subscription — they need something built around how they already train people, and they need help getting there. That's hard to do well when you're one of a thousand accounts on a shared tier, so we stopped trying to do both. We build platforms now.
What does an engagement cost?
Engagements typically start around $15,000. The real number depends on how much content you need built, how many integrations are involved, and whether we host it for you. We put the full scope, timeline, and cost in writing before you commit to anything.
What actually gets delivered?
A working training platform on its own server, branded as yours, loaded with courses built from your material, configured for your compliance and reporting needs, with your team trained on how to run it. Not a trial account — a system that is live and in use.
Do we have to let you host it?
No. You can have us manage the server end to end, or we can hand the deployment over and your developers run it on your own infrastructure. Both are fully supported and we don't push either one — it depends on whether you have people who want to own it.
How long does a build take?
It depends on scope. A focused build around an existing body of content moves quickly; a multi-department rollout with integrations and custom compliance rules takes longer. We give you a timeline in the proposal rather than a guess on a call.
What if we already have an LMS?
That comes up often. Sometimes the answer is replacing it, sometimes it's building alongside it and exporting SCORM packages into what you already run. We look at what you have before recommending either.
Who owns the platform and the data?
You do. It runs on your server, under your domain, with your data. If you self-host, your data never touches our infrastructure at all. If we manage it, you can take the deployment with you.
What happens after it launches?
We don't disappear. Ongoing support, updates, and additional course builds are part of the conversation — structured however makes sense for your team, whether that's a support agreement or project work as you need it.
