Sell your branded learning platform to your clients — we do the infrastructure.
Turn your Enterprise tenant into a multi-client white-label operation. Each client becomes a sub-tenant under your account, with your brand, your domain, your email — and one aggregate invoice on your Stripe subscription.
How the reseller model works
Your master account
Your brand, your billing, your team
Client A
Their domain & branding
Client B
Their learners, fully isolated
Client C
Seats roll up to your invoice
A full-stack white-label, not a logo swap
Most LMS platforms let you upload a logo and call it “white-label.” We hide ELIL at every layer of the product — including the infrastructure your clients’ clients never think to inspect.
Your master partner account
The ELIL relationship stays with you. Your team runs the platform; your clients see your brand.
Unlimited sub-tenants
Each client is a self-contained workspace under your account. Their learners, courses, and data are isolated from other clients and from you unless you impersonate.
Inherited branding
Sub-tenants inherit your logo, colors, and email templates automatically. Each client can override fields if they want their own identity.
Your domain or theirs
Use your own custom domain for all sub-tenants (learn.yourco.com) or give each client their own (learn.clientco.com). Auto-issued SSL via Let's Encrypt.
DKIM email from your domain
Transactional email sends from your sending domain with DKIM/SPF. Your client's learners never see an ELIL address.
Aggregate per-seat billing
Clients on "Parent pays" billing roll their active seats up to your Stripe subscription quantity. One invoice for your whole book of business.
One-click impersonation
Switch into any sub-tenant's admin context for support, training, or provisioning — without swapping credentials or juggling accounts.
Tenant-branded admin UI
Your client admins see your chrome, not ELIL. Full L3 white-label reaches the back office, not just the learner experience.
Who runs a Partner account
Anyone who already sells training, compliance, or enablement — and wants the software to match the service.
L&D consultancies
Sell your course-design expertise with a branded platform. Each engagement becomes a client tenant under your master account.
Training content publishers
Package your library as a turnkey LMS for your buyers. Keep the content relationship; we handle the infrastructure.
Franchise & multi-location operators
Centralized training for franchisees where each location is its own sub-tenant but rolls up to corporate reporting.
Agencies building vertical solutions
Build a specialized training product for healthcare, manufacturing, or hospitality — on top of our platform, under your brand.
Your economics
Wholesale pricing built for resale
No platform fee. You buy seats at wholesale and set what your clients pay — most partners resell at $3–6 per seat and keep the margin.
Volume pricing drops it to $0.40 above 1,000 seats and $0.30 above 5,000 — aggregated across every client into one monthly invoice.
Each client is an isolated, fully-branded workspace — custom domain, DKIM email, auto-SSL. Your first three are included.
Course generation draws metered AI usage. Pay only for what you generate; mark it up to clients or fold it into your fee.
What that looks like
Illustration. You set your own client pricing. AI generation is billed separately as metered usage, which you can mark up or bundle into your fee.
Founding partner cohort

How is the Partner program priced?
There's no platform fee. You pay a wholesale rate per active learner seat — $0.50/seat/mo, dropping to $0.40 above 1,000 seats and $0.30 above 5,000 — aggregated across all your clients into one monthly invoice. Your first 3 client workspaces are included; additional active workspaces are $50/mo each. AI generation is billed separately as metered usage. You set what you charge your own clients (most partners resell at $3–6/seat) and keep the margin.
How do clients get billed — through me or directly?
By default, "Parent pays": your clients' active seats roll up to your invoice and you bill them however you like. If a particular client would rather pay ELIL directly, we can arrange "Self" billing for that workspace during onboarding. Use whichever fits your commercial arrangement with each client.
How deep is the white-label?
End-to-end. Sub-tenants inherit your logo, colors, and brand through their learner surfaces, admin surfaces, email templates, and certificates. Emails send from your verified DKIM domain. Traffic lands on your custom domain with auto-SSL. Your client's learners have no way to discover ELIL in the product.
Can I white-label the sub-tenant's experience differently from my own?
Yes. Every sub-tenant can override inherited branding at the field level. Their learners see the client's brand; the sub-tenant admin sees either your brand (default) or their own (if you've set them up that way).
What support do you provide my clients?
By default, all client support goes through you — that's the point of white-label. For complex platform questions, your dedicated Customer Success Manager works with you directly, and you escalate to your clients. We never contact your clients unless you ask.
How do I get started?
Contact our sales team. There's no upfront platform fee — you pay per active seat as your clients grow. Onboarding is a short call to configure your master account, verify your custom domain and email sender, and walk through the reseller dashboard. Most partners are live within 1-2 weeks.
